Refunds
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards, promotional items, and discounted products are not eligible for return/refund.
Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong/defective product), we cover the return shipping.
- For customer-initiated returns (not due to damage/defect), shipping charges are non-refundable.
